To make the perfect mug of Horlicks Traditional, simply spoon 3 to 4 teaspoons of Horlicks into your mug, mix to a smooth paste with a little water, pour in 200ml of hot milk then stir well and enjoy.
To microwave, simply follow the directions above but use cold milk, then microwave for 1 minute. Stir well, heat for a further 30 seconds, stir again and enjoy.
