PHONE NUMBERS: ALL orders cannot be shipped without a verifiable daytime phone number. All telephone numbers and the information of our customers is strictly contidential and is exclusive to Australian Products Co.
SHIPPING: We ship via FEDEX and USPS. For discounted and on-sale merchandise, shipping charges will be calculated on the regular price of the merchandise. Please provide a shipping account number should you wish to use your own carrier. A packaging fee of $9.95 per box will be charged on your order. Physical addresses are required for shipping.
HOT WEATHER: We recommend Next Day or 2nd Day Air for shipping chocolates and perishables. Please advise your customer service representative if you would like this service when placing your order.
CANADIAN ORDERS: We ship all products to Canada via FedEx Ground. (Sorry we cannot ship any frozen food.) A customs document fee of $7.95 will be added to all orders.
FOREIGN ORDERS: We accept American Express, Master Card and Visa credit cards only. Card holder's name must appear on order, along with a verifiable daytime phone number to confirm your order. We cannot ship food, medicinal supplies, and perfumes overseas. A customs document fee of $7.95 will be added to all international orders.
PAYMENT BY CHECK: All checks will be cleared prior to shipment of orders. Returned checks will incur a $25 service charge. All RUSH orders must be accompanied by a credit card.
PIE AND FROZEN FOOD ORDERS: A separate order form is used for ordering pies and frozen food. Frozen food orders are shipped separately and incur their own shipping charges. Frozen food orders are shipped each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday by overnight carrier. Orders must be received no later than 12PM PST prior to the date of dispatch. Bulk orders are shipped by road through a frozen food carrier.
RUSH ORDERS: Rush Delivery may incur extra charges if your order has bulky or heavier items, (e.g. food products). Only credit card orders can be rushed unless prior arrangements have been made with Australian Products Co.
RETURN POLICY: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us for return authorization. Food products & grocery items cannot be returned. Please call us should you have a concern with any products received in your shipment. All goods must be returned in the condition supplied within 30 days from the purchase date. Videos and CDs will only be accepted for return if they are faulty or the seal on the product is unbroken.
GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificates can only be used towards the purchase of merchandise and cannot be refunded.
OFFICE/STORE HOURS: We are open from 10AM-6PM PST, Monday-Saturday. If our customer service representatives are busy assisting other customers please leave your telephone number and we will promptly return your call. Orders may be faxed to (408) 748-9987.
WEBSITE: AussieProducts.com During the year we will be adding new products and sale items to the web site. Please check back regularly. Even though we try to maintain the current pricing throughout the year, some items may be subject to price changes and will be updated on the web site. Pies and frozen food are shipped on a separate order and incur their own shipping charges. ALL orders received with a mix of frozen food & other merchandise will be separated out to incur their own charges.
